Can hang or sit easily on any stand. The sound is actually far better than a Visio one I got for more money. Really good sound bar.

Absolutely. I eventually switched to the Razer Leviathan and later, my current favorite, the Creative Labs Katana (both of which have subwoofer).

For sure a sub-woofer will make a difference on the overall audio quality and experience.
