After reading Jamie Waller’s blog “10 Ways to improve your Writing by Journaling,” I immediately looked for unused notebooks I knew I had. A huge leather bound tome caught my eye. When I opened it, I saw that it was a media kit /2009 planner from MEGA publishing corp.  It was a give away from one of the events I covered, which I can’t recall now. The pictures were fantastic as always, ‘the Philippines’ best fashion magazine’ tag is not an exaggeration.

I particularly loved the cover of meg (Must have for every girl) Kim Chiu and Enchong Dee were on it with the title ‘Perfect match.’ The cover was for an endorsement deal Enchong and Kim has with Coke. Last night’s news telecast from ABS CBN had Kim celebrating her birthday. She was in New York and Piolo Pascual paid for a night out for Kim and friends costing a reported $ 5,000.00 U.S. approximately costing P210,000.00. Kim Chiu’s showbiz love team is actually Gerald Anderson who has publicly revealed his other relationship with Bea Alonzo. The two have literally cried on different TV shows talking about his infidelity. Looking at the cover I think the Coca-cola company got the love team bit spot on by getting them as endorsers. Enchong and Kim look great together and he seems to have that ‘boy next door’ look that fits better. Enchong seems to be a more pleasant and ‘nicer’ guy the way people know Kim to be. Nothing is set in stone and these two very young people may well hook up in the future. Personally I’d want to know from their fans or people in general if they’d make a better pair.

The results are in, after 5 months of voting (as of September 26, 2011), the Kim Chiu / Enchong Dee tandem have gotten a whopping 87.67%. The Kimerald love team got a measely 12.33% . The people have spoken, let them have their  Kimdee love team!
